Once you arrive at the Isla Colon International Airport (code: BOC) in Bocas del Toro, I hear that you can easily walk to your hotel in Bocas Town. Be sure to click on the tab on the upper right corner to switch to English if you are not a Spanish speaker. It costs around $203 for a roundtrip ticket. But if you are thinking of flying there, go to the Air Panama website to book your flight. Keep in mind that Bocas del Toro is pretty far away, though, closest to the border with Costa Rica. There are other ways of getting to Bocas del Toro from Panama City that do not involve flying. I myself have planned it so as to fly into Tocumen in the afternoon, stay overnight in a local hotel in the Casco Viejo district of the city, and then head out to Albrook airport (code: PAC) the next day for my flight to Bocas del Toro aboard Air Panama. You have to fly into Panama City, then transfer to another airport across town in order to fly from Panama City to Bocas del Toro. There are no direct flights from the U.S. The main international airport in Panama City - at least for flights coming in from the U.S. I'm making this trip in May, flying in from NYC.
